Join us for the ultimate mix of artisanal skill learning where zero waste sewing meets botanical dyeing. This 5 week course will include a free advanced onion dyeing pdf and you will leave with a wallet, dyed reworked garment and various skills in dyeing with food waste, hand-stitch repeat techniques and fashion sketching.
These classes are run every Tuesday 6 - 8pm
This semester will run in the West End studio through these dates

  1. Learn hand stitching techniques and make a zero waste card wallet 
  2.  Bring in your own garments (Limit of 2) which we be used to be regenerate into your chasing zero garment. This week you will learn 2 different food waste dyeing techniques!
  3. Learn how to use a template to sketch out your own design. Cut out and swatch fabrics / colourways for your design!
  4. Sew your design
  5. Sewing and finalising your design
